High Pressure!

 .

Bystingholmen, Norway 9/10-2016

Below are pics from our recent week onboard Eja! A week that started with many different and colourful rainbows :-)

.
From the low pressure we recently had, our barometer rapidly rises from 980mb to 1046mb!

.
Next a couple of pics from Silda island, where we spend one night before continuing the trip around Stadt peninsula.

.
In company of a smiling sun and super calm sea conditions, our trip continues from the county of Sogn og Fjordane to yet another beautiful area, Møre og Romsdal :-)

.
Most of our nights are spent on anchor, or on moorings when this is possible. The photo below is taken a bit north of Molde.

.
Even though the sun is warming, it is still a bit cool in the air... Plenty clothes are needed with other words :-)

.
It is hard to find better sea conditions for diving than this! During our way north we stop at different places to discover and film what there is hidden beneath the surface.

.
There is no must to go deep to find beautiful marine life in Norway! The anemones and nudibranch below I found only a couple of centimeters underneath the surface, on a jetty rope in the harbour.

These snapshots were taken with the little waterproof compact camera, while waiting for our tanks to get filled during our fuel stop in Kristiansund :-)

.
There is plenty of interesting marine life in deeper waters too of course! ;-) We are now back in the county of Trøndelag, where we earlier years have spent plenty time filming both deep water corals and cold water sharks.

Who knows what our upcoming dives will show up with... as our next dive stop will be in Trondheimsfjorden! :-)
